After winning a lawsuit with Samsung now Apple faces HTC

It seems the issue of patents is becoming an issue of interest. After a few months we see a feud between the samsung with apple, the latest news now apple will deal with HTC, the Taiwanese company. in proclaim that patents owned by HTC will be able to turn off the sale of The New iPad and iPhone 5 apple belongs.
looks like HTC will be more resilient in comparison with the apple. The core problem here is that the patents owned by HTC about the transmission of data on wireless devices. In charge HTC accused Apple has violated two patents owned by HTC, one of which is the transfer of large data through wireless devices. and another that patents violated by the accused in the apple is the 4G technology LTE (Long Term Evolution), which is an important technology to download and transfer data quickly.

Which is interesting to note is that if HTC will be able to win a lawsuit against Apple, HTC intends to file for blocking and an import ban for iPad and iPhone. They reasoned that the iPad and iPhone allegedly has been using 4G LTE technology which has been patented by HTC.
Taipei Times (09/08/12) wrote that HTC has been awarded patents for LTE 4G technology in April of 2011. Timed to coincide with the launch of their latest mobile phone is already using 4G LTE technology. HTC bought the patent from the company's 4G LTE ADC Telecommunications Inc. for USD $ 75 Million.

This might seem like an act of retaliation from the HTC, because it is known that HTC and Apple have been feuding since Apple sued HTC in March in 2010. Apple has accused HTC in violation of Apple. And it seems revenge is in need of major attention from the Aplle. lawsuit filed by HTC seems to have a good reason.

What steps will be done by Apple to face a lawsuit from HTC is certainly highly anticipated by the observer gadget. Moreover, Apple has not fully recovered power after defeating samsung recently. and now another lawsuit has been waiting for Apple. we'll see how it works.
